I began my yoga journey in 1999 and my love of teaching and sharing what yoga has done for me became my passion. What I've learned in my years of personal practice and exploration of various styles of asana and meditation is we constantly change and require new methods to heal and recover from life's challenges.

I will be teaching Gentle Yoga beginning Thursday September 22nd at 6:00pm, at Karma Yoga in Bloomfield Hills, MI located at the corner of Maple and Lahser.
I currently share my yoga in private one on one sessions, small groups, and places of business in the Southeast MI area.
